Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in bankruptcy law, an active Washington State license , and a proven record of achieving outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent creditors and other interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in bankruptcy and creditor's rights matters.
• Provide strategic advice on complex bankruptcy-related litigation and transactional issues.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in bankruptcy law.
• Active Washington State license required.
• Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy codes, procedures, and creditor's rights.
• Superior research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload.
