This supervisor will provide vacation coverage for third-shift supervisors. Responsible for adhering to and enforcing SQF guidelines in the shipment, storage, and receipt of all goods in the distribution center. JOB REQUIREMENTSProven experience in warehouse operations and leadership is essential for this role. Prior supervisory experience, ideally within UNFI, is highly preferred.Proficient supervisory skills and the ability to work with others to achieve desired results.Communicate effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and reports to support operational decision-making.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in an active warehouse environment.Essential computer skills are a must. You should be proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and comfortable learning new software to support your daily tasks and decision-making.Temperatures in the warehouse may vary between 20 to 70 degrees.
