*Schedule is Monday-Friday 6pm-3:00am*

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises all warehouse activities. Provide guidance, expertise and supervision to Warehouse Associates.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Supervise Warehouse Associates providing guidance and expertise.
• Responsible for all warehouse operations on assigned shift.
• Responsible for all planned objectives.
• Develops work schedules and assigns employees accordingly.
• Monitor & enforce all safety policies.
• Complete & review accident reports.
• Evaluate performance of associates.
• Responsible to ensure warehouse and grounds are clean and orderly at all times.
• May conduct performance reviews.
• May coach, counsel and provide discipline up to and including termination of employment as necessary or recommend such to Warehouse Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Sr. Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, OR 5 years of general warehouse experience.
• Has knowledge of commonly used warehouse and distribution concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Previous experience in a union environment preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
