Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervising staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Material Handling: Actively participate in loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Material Release: Coordinate and manage the release of materials to job sites, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with project schedules.
• Process Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align warehouse operations with company objectives and project goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports, providing insights into stock levels and material usage for management review.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision and material handling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of material handling tasks.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
• Certification in warehouse management or a related field.
• Certification in dock machinery operation, such as forklifts and motorized pallet jacks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing demands.
