Role Description:


We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and smooth operation of our warehouse in Delaware. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, coordinating and directing multiple tasks, and ensuring efficient processes in both inventory and distribution.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Oversee the receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
2. Ensure all warehouse procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
3. Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
4. Use space efficiently and organise the storage and distribution of goods.
5. Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval system.
6. Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
7. Coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures.
8. Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, supervising, evaluating and scheduling work.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
2. Proven experience as a warehouse manager.
3. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
4. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
5. Ability to implement process improvements.
6. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
