Previous Used Car Sales Manager experience required.

Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:

• Build, train, motivate and manage a high-performance sales team to sell pre-owned vehicles and achieve revenue targets
• Monitor the sales team's progress and performance
• Create strategies to meet sales objectives
• Ensure adequate inventory for meeting objectives
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction/repeat business and referrals
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager

• Pre-owned Car Sales Manager experience
• Ability to drive sales and produce results 
• Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
• Understand sales lead analysis and control
• Understand dealership operations
• Experience with trade values and disposition of inventory
• Energetic with good leadership and organizational skills
• Finance experience is helpful
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Social media skills and computer proficient
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and MVR
