Job Description

Stable Commercial Real Estate firm needs Transaction Coordinator to join their team.

The company is looking for someone with some experience and the desire to continue to learn more. 100% IN OFFICE! Discretionary bonus at the end of the year, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, 401k/profit sharing after 18 months and contribution to company health insurance plan after 90 days. Most of the Transaction Coordinators are licensed, but it is not a requirement, however, they may ask you to get licensed at some point. MUST HAVE 3-4+ YEARS OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND.

· Preparation of Contracts, Listing Agreements, LOI’s, Proposals and Letters

· Weekly Management of Brokers Listings in Databases (Costar, Loopnet, Buildout etc)

· Management of Brokers active listings and under contract properties

· Production of brochures, presentations/offering packages, and property tour books

· Process and track necessary deadlines and paperwork for each transaction

· Process commissions

· Complete closed transaction files per the Closing checklist

· Provides research support as necessary through the use of Costar, loopnet, etc

· Create and send broadcast emails on a regular basis

  • Manage Brokers educational requirements

  • Creation and management of press releases

  • Communication with marketing department regarding designated brokers marketing efforts

· Performs general office duties and other special projects as assigned
