This is a remote position and you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our company. The manager will identify, build, hire, and manage a team of successful recruiters to find and interview candidates for our company and partner hospitals' open roles. Also, research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase their income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home. Responsibilities: Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to fill the agency's open positions Managing a successful team of recruiters and monitoring their goals Enforcing recruitment teams KPIs & Metrics Conducting phone screenings and interviews Onboarding new hires Qualifications: 2+ Years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager Experience as a healthcare recruiter is a must Staffing & recruitment industry experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be comfortable cold calling, sending emails, and setting up interviews Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite This position is 100% commission; the talent acquisition manager will be compensated based on the amount of placements per month that their team achieves plus their individual placement goals.
