Job Description Summary
As Enterprise has continued to grow in both size and complexity, so have our needs for a robust tax and compliance function. Along those lines, Enterprise is happy to announce our search for a Senior Accountant, Tax & Compliance. The Senior Accountant, Tax & Compliance will join Enterprises corporate finance team and will report to the Director, Tax & Compliance. This position will be responsible for playing a significant role in all aspects of the Enterprise corporate tax and compliance processes to ensure that the organization is compliant with Federal and State regulations. This position is also responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of the organizations corporate tax provision, tax true-ups, Federal and State income tax return filings, business registrations and Form 990s. Further, the position will also assist the Fund Investment Reporting and Management team (FIRM) as needed with tax questions and issues on over 100 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnership tax returns. This position requires knowledge of IRS income tax rules and regulations, excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Job Description

The base salary for this role is $95,000 to $105,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
