Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PPC and SEO Specialist to expand our dynamic team of marketers at FatCat Strategies. This multifaceted role involves both the development and execution of sophisticated PPC campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media, as well as enhancing our clients' organic search visibility through effective SEO strategies.

As an integral member of our marketing team, your contributions will be crucial in driving web traffic, elevating conversion rates, and achieving the ROI objectives for our diverse client base. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that both PPC and SEO efforts are harmoniously integrated with the overall marketing strategy, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee both PPC and SEO campaigns, including keyword research, campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO improvements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance data to continually refine and enhance campaign strategies.
• Remain abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC, SEM, and SEO to steer successful marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and website content are optimized for both paid search success and organic search visibility.
• Manage budgets efficiently, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Offer comprehensive reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on the performance of PPC and SEO campaigns, recommending strategies for future marketing endeavors.
• Execute A/B testing for PPC campaigns and SEO elements to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure a seamless and synergistic approach to digital marketing by working in close coordination with the SEO team and other marketing functions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns and implementing SEO strategies across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising platforms, and SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated success in running PPC campaigns and enhancing SEO with a strong focus on ROI.
• Strong analytical capabilities, able to parse data, discern trends, and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of demystifying complex concepts for clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in PPC and SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Analytics) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and juggle various projects simultaneously.
