As a Remote Customer Service - Entry Level at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Working remotely, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to our clients before, during, and after their travels, with a focus on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly tourism. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Client Communication: Interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information about our eco-friendly travel services, and offer assistance with booking arrangements.
  2. Issue Resolution: Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  3. Booking Assistance: Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria.
  4. Travel Support: Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions.
  5. Feedback Management: Soliciting feedback from clients about their travel experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and resolutions using our internal systems and software.
