Ultimate Staffing is currently working with a one of the top Music, Art, Drama, Literature Arts, None-Profit organizations in Palm Beach, FL. We are currently looking for a full time receptionist who can work M-F from 8am-6pm.

Receptionist Location: Boca Raton, FL

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the conference room and stocking it.
• Making sure it is ready for the next meeting
• Greeting clients
• Answering the phone
• Dealing with high end clients.
• Multi tasking
• Ordering more supplies.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Reliable
• Good work Ethic
• 2 years of Front Desk or Administration experience
• Can start work right away

Receptionist Pay:

• $45,000-$50,000
