Requirements

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, customer, and company quality system requirements
• Direct Laboratory Managers and Quality Department personnel, and manage investigations of Out of Specification results.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for new and existing customers to ensure products meet established standards
• Communicate quality system status to production management, conduct routine audits, and maintain Master Product Records
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, submit required reports, and handle special projects as directed by senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required with a strong emphasis in biology, chemistry, physics, geology or environmental science.
• Management / Supervisory experience in a regulated environment
• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• Able to travel to nearby plants.
• Prior experience working within a cGMP compliant Quality Management System
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Salary: $70K - $100K
