About Us : At Senior Healthcare Advisors, we are expanding our sales teams and looking for top talent to join us. With offices in Deerfield Beach, FL, and Pembroke Pines, FL, as well as a remote team across the country, we specialize solely in Medicare Advantage Plans. Our focus allows us to provide an elite level of guidance for our clients while also generating a consistent flow of leads for our agents.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare Advantage plan benefits
  • Assist clients with enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their healthcare needs.
  • Handle live transfer calls and inbound leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of our qualified lead generation system.
  • Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions.

Requirements : To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have an active Florida (or other resident state equivalent) 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license.
  • Pass background checks from our insurance carrier partners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Be motivated to learn and take coaching for personal and professional development.
  • Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping seniors.
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
