Job Description

Our client in West Chester is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team!

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive growth, with a heavy hand in creative development. This role is responsible for all creative development, content generation, design, and production of marketing materials across all media platforms, as well as event planning, promotion, and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage product photography, digital imaging, and promotional video creation/production.
* Website management, development, and content creation.
* Design and prepare custom graphics for advertisements, presentations, social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
* Maintain inventory of marketing literature and promotional materials; manage third-party vendors for creation and ordering of necessary items.
* Support sales staff in promotional special events such as tradeshows, conferences, customer presentations, and training sessions.
* Oversee a growing team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor"s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Media/Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
* High aptitude for design with expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects). Knowledge of QuarkXPress is a plus.
* Proficiency in website design, development, and analytics (HTML, CSS, FTP, PHP, WordPress, CMS, WebFlow CMS, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
