If this sounds like a job you'd love, apply now!Responsibilities•Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs•Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied•Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales•Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders•Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders•Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business•Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date•Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims•Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations•Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policiesQualifications•Self-motivated and hardworking•Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus•Skilled with Microsoft Office•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required•Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued•Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued G & A Consulting
