This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to our investor relations team.

What You'll Do

As an Investor Relations Associate at Musaffa, you will be an integral part of our investor relations team, supporting various initiatives to engage with investors and facilitate fundraising campaigns. You will assist in strategizing, planning, and executing crowdfunding campaigns, as well as maintaining relationships with investors to support Musaffa's growth and expansion efforts.

This role requires flexibility in work hours, as we engage with a global audience spanning different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in developing and executing crowdfunding strategies tailored to diverse investor demographics.
  • Support the planning and design of fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with Musaffa's strategic objectives.

Investor Engagement:

  • Help identify and engage potential investors, including equity crowdfunding backers, accredited investors, and venture capitalists.
  • Assist in conducting meetings and pitches to secure investment, under the guidance of senior team members.

Investor Communications:

  • Support the preparation and distribution of investor-related materials, such as investment memos and pitch decks.
  • Help manage investor communications and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.

Content Assistance:

  • Aid in content creation for investor-related platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communication

Financial Analysis Support:

  • Assist in analyzing financial data and market trends to support investment opportunities.
  • Learn to develop financial models and valuations under the guidance of senior team members.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations in all investor communications and operations.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable university.

Experience: Entry-level position; prior internship or coursework in finance, investment, or related fields is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
