Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an Email Marketing Manager in Southington CT . The position is temporary with potential to convert to permanent. Position is 100% onsite, not remote.

Salary: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Onsite, Monday thru Friday, standard 40 hour work week

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Email Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, improve conversions, and enhance the overall customer journey. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the customer journey across all channels, driving engagement and improving conversions.
• Create and implement email marketing strategies, tactics, and testing for both one-time and ongoing campaigns, leveraging best practices, competitive research, and past campaign insights.
• Optimize email campaign performance through automation, journey building, and triggered campaigns.
• Represent the email marketing team in meetings, providing campaign updates and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and list integrity, including timely scrubs of opt-outs and dynamic content targeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.) to develop scalable, automated, and personalized multi-channel customer lifecycle journeys.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in direct marketing or email marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud in B2C and/or B2B environments to manage campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong copywriting skills and a marketing background are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver consistent results in an evolving landscape.
• Advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's) are preferred, but a High School diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and professional experience will also be considered.
