Join Our Team as Director of Rehab at Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab!

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation(PT/OT/PTA/SLP) to lead the day-to-day operations of our physical and occupational therapy clinic.

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise clinic therapists and assistants.
Ensure staff licenses are current and compliant.
Maintain compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
Conduct documentation audits and uphold patient care standards.
Develop and implement new patient programs.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited program with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA, or Associate degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
At least 1 year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or successful function as a point person under Clinical Operations supervision for 1 year.
