Federal Account Executive - Oxygen Forensics

About the Role
Oxygen Forensics, a global leader in digital forensics software, is seeking a Federal Account Executive to expand our presence within the federal government market. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions from our cutting-edge suite of digital forensics software, hardware, and services. A key focus of this role will be expanding and driving a channel-focused strategy, working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and other partners to increase market reach, in addition to securing new business directly with federal agencies. Your efforts will directly support federal agencies in solving critical challenges, contributing to our mission of empowering investigations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with federal agencies, identifying new opportunities and fostering account growth.
• Develop and execute a channel-focused sales strategy, including identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with VARs and resellers.
• Collaborate with channel partners to expand reach and jointly pursue opportunities with federal clients.
• Navigate contract vehicles, pricing strategies, and procurement processes in collaboration with agency procurement teams.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, creating competitive proposals to secure contracts.
• Conduct sales engagements via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits with agency representatives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including preparing business cases, submitting proposals, and coordinating internal workflows.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to document activities, manage quotes, process orders, and track sales metrics.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government sales, preferably within software, hardware, or technical solutions sectors. Experience driving sales through VAR's / Resellers a requirement.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing channel partnerships with VARs or resellers.
• Proven success in selling to federal agencies, including Civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and competitive advantages.
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
